WELCOME

The Center for Research on Race, Health Justice & Public Policy is an interdisciplinary incubator for research, public policy analysis, scholarship, and the creation of world-class trainees and faculty leaders. The Center serves as an intellectual home for developing cutting-edge solutions for significant social and health disparities. To achieve its mission, the Center organizes its structure around three pillars:

  • Education Disparities

  • Health Justice

  • Justice/Public Policy

Part of our mission is an interdisciplinary effort with a One-U approach, leveraging existing academic talent and resources from University of Utah and associated community partners. The Center collaborates with Utah’s other public universities to eliminate social and health disparities within the state and the intermountain region.
