Moral Injury in K-12 Education
Moral injury is an emerging issue that occurs when educators experience situations that conflict with their deeply held values and beliefs. This can affect teacher well-being. As part of this research project, we are exploring practical strategies for educators to support themselves and colleagues, and introducing the MISS-ED self-assessment tool designed to advance research in this area and improve the sustainability of the teaching profession.
